Online Training Update (posted 06/17/08)

Many of you are wondering what's up with the training program. Here's an update.

The training videos are finished, and we are ready to launch the program. However, the grants used to develop this program are ending June 30, 2008. We are currently making arrangements for the long-term existence of this program.

The good news is that we have succeeded! The Montana Rape Kit Training Program has found a permanent home at the Montana Department of Justice, Office of Victim Services. This will undoubtedly improve the program and ensure its continued existence.

The bad news is that we are delaying the launch of the training program until the program has transitioned to its new home. Our apologies for yet one more delay. For everyone who has registered for the program we have a package just waiting to be mailed. As soon as we get the go-ahead those packages are going in the mail.
